Iyoshi Cola makes craft cola from kola nut, vanilla, cinnamon, and around fifty spices, to a recipe that traces back to 1954. It is served cold in a sealed pouch with a slice of lemon and a paper straw, which made the drink itself the subject: the label, the bubbles, and the lemon against a grey street.
