GROVV.ai — the grow program

If DANCOM is the console, grovv.ai is what runs on it. It’s an AI operating system, and a shelf of products actually in production. For fun, and revenue.

the idea

The premise is simple and a little absurd: run a portfolio of real companies the way you’d run one small team, except the team is mostly agents. A single builder sets direction; the AI operating system does the reps. What comes out the other side isn’t demos — it’s a B2B SaaS, two storefronts, and an agentic trading copilot, all live or almost there.

Everything built on an evolving harness and psuedo loop.

grovv-stack — the root system

grovv-stack is the open-source, production-first scaffold behind every build. The rules it bakes in:

  • Zero data loss. The default posture, not an afterthought.
  • Security by default. Guardrails before features.
  • Test-driven. The build is the gate.

It’s the same foundation that stands up every project — new or existing — in a single conversation. You can install it as a Claude Code plugin:

/plugin marketplace add constructyourself/grovv-stack
/plugin install grovv-stack@grovv

# then, in any repo:
/grovv

Or skip the install entirely and drop the scaffold in:

cp grovv-stack-scaffold.md .

Source lives at github.com/constructyourself/grovv-stack.

the builds

What’s actually running on the stack right now:

  • portshiftlive. Own your revenue-intelligence data — migrate Chorus.ai and Gong recordings into storage you control.
  • sokeai.shoplive. Curated cute: a mobile-first storefront of Asian accessories, fidgets, and gifts for the TikTok generation.
  • notte.lifelive. A curated dropship boutique — home, fashion, gifts, and snacks, chosen with taste.
  • futures.exchangebuilding. An agentic copilot for futures, starting with crypto. Multi-agent analysis, risk-aware coaching, and a public accuracy ledger. Never execution.
  • shipments.fyibuilding. The Amazon seller’s best friend — reconcile FBA shipments, catch missing reimbursements, and see true profit per SKU. CSV in, answers out.

the numbers

The ecosystem registry, as of now:

  • 16 projects tracked
  • 7 shipping
  • 9 live domains
  • 1 operator + AI

the ethos

The line that sums it up: build in public, ship in private. Share the process, the stack, and the lessons openly — keep the actual customer-facing machinery clean and quiet. One operator, one operating system.

Still grovving (growing).
